ESD Brush made in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protective materials protect contents from static electricity and electrostatic damage.These materials are designed to absorb the charge and pass it to the ground , saving you thousands of dollars by reducing or eliminating product damage. It conforms to ANSI/ESD S20.20*1999 requirement.This standard requires conductive materials surface resistance to be <1.0 x 10^4 ohms and dissipative materials to be >1.0 x 104 ohms to <1.0 x 10^9 ohms when tested per EOS/ESD S11.11. The materials also conform to the static decay requirement of FTM-101B, Method 4046.1 dissipating a 5000 Volt charge to 0 when grounded in less than 2 seconds.

It has a surface resistance greater than or equal to 1.0*10^4 ohms but less than 1.0*10^9 ohms or surface resistivity greater than or equal to 1.0*10^8 ohms/square but less than 1.0*10^9 ohms/square. The static decay rate from 5000 Volts to 0 is less than 2 seconds, and it has a useful temperature range of 400 - 225o F, with intermittent use recommended at the higher end of the temperature range. Electrical properties are affected by humidity.

Q2. What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
24 months quality warranty. If machine breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what problem it is based on clients' feedback. Parts (excluding the consumable parts) shall be replaced for free If there is any problems during warranty period.
Q3.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect fact. It does not matter if you do not have some one to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q4. How to pay to you?
30% deposit, 70% balance paid before delivery by T/T is prefer; small amount with PayPal is also acceptable.
Q5. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machine, it would be 3 - 5days. For non-standard/customized machines according to clients' specific requirements, It would be 15days.
Q6. Do you arrange shipment for the products?
FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you, but EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
Q7. How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we'll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L and other certificates as required by clients.
Q8. How is the packing?
Three Layers package -- (Water-proof plastic film+ Foam board protection + Solid seaworthy wood box)
