Yes, CE for EU market, FDA for USA market.
 
2. What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down ?
2 years' quality warranty. If machine breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what problem it is based on clients' feedback. Parts (excluding the consumable parts) shall be replaced for free If there is any problems during warranty period.
 
3. How to pay to you ?
30% deposit, 70% balance paid before delivery by T/T is prefer; small amount with PayPal is also acceptable.
 
4. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machine, it would be 3 - 5days. For non-standard/customized machines according to clients' specific requirements, It would be 15days.
 
5. Do you arrange shipment for the machines ?
FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you, but EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
 
6. How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we'll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L and other certificates as required by clients.
 
7. How is the packing?
